This is an interactive animation that reproduces some techniques and elaboration processes for compounds and other tasks that take place in the laboratory.
This animation shows the fragmentation of the Kanamycin molecule and how it can be monitored using a tandem MS system.
The different fragmentations are shown as they happen and the results, according to the experimental graphic of the process, are indicated and marked.
